Homemade Rosella Jam

Ingredients
1kg fresh Rosella
135g Cane Sugar
2 Lime
6 tps water

- Separate the Calyx and Bracts from Seedpod, sink with water and soak them for sometimes.
- Place the Rosella into the saucepan with the water and cane sugar, simmer over hear until soft for about 10 minutes, and then add in the lime juice, stirring occasionally.
- Remove and cool slightly, then bottle in sterilised jars.
